Our core promise
SerenMind AI is private by design. Your answers to the wellness questions are used only to generate your report. We do not store, sell, or share your personal data. Once your report is generated, your answers are permanently deleted from our servers.
How we use AI
Your answers are sent to a large language model API (Groq/Llama) to generate your personalised report. This data is processed in transit and not retained by us or the API provider beyond the generation of your report.
The AI is not a medical service, therapist, or doctor. It provides supportive, reflective content only. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or mental health advice.
Data we collect
- Your first name (used to personalise your report, then deleted)
- Your answers to 5 wellness questions (used to generate your report, then deleted)
- Payment information (processed by Stripe — we never see your card details)
- Anonymous usage analytics (via Google Analytics — no personal data)
Journey data (local only)
Your wellness journey tracker is stored only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us. Clearing your browser data will remove it.
Safeguarding
SerenMind AI includes automatic crisis detection. If your messages indicate you may be in distress, the system will provide emergency contact information. We take safeguarding seriously.
SerenMind AI is not a crisis service. If you are in immediate danger, please call 999 or contact Samaritans on 116 123 (free, 24/7).
GDPR rights
